Robert Giffin

GIFFIN, Robert Born in Quincy (??) Massachusetts, on August 1, 1937, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family and loved ones, on December 19, 2017. Bob enjoyed a distinguished career as an aerospace engineer, which included launching innovative radar antennas in his early career, work on the Space Shuttle while at Edwards Air Force Base and other projects for NASA. He was a proud grandfather, father and husband (of 55 years to his beloved Jeanie, before she passed) and was known for being able to “fix anything.” Bob is survived by his three children and their spouses: Bill Giffin (Paula); Robin Gustini (Peter); and Donna Ortega (Paul); five grandchildren: Jonathan and Dylan Giffin; Courtney, Christopher and Madison Gustini.
