Marie-Renee Harper passed away from several ailments on October 27, 2022, at Antelope Valley Care Center, Lancaster CA, whom she shared a room with husband Virgil Harper. Marie is survived by her husband Virgil Harper, daughter Elizabeth Harper and grandchildren Bryan Harper and Cheyanne Blankenship.
Marie was born in Chartres France and survived WWII and helped with the family business of owning a florist shop and obtained a BS degree in business. She met her husband Virgel in France when he was in the Air Force and had been married for 64 years (married in Chartres Cathedral) before her passing.
Marie loved spending time with her grandchildren and cooking and will be missed dearly.
At Marie’s request, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
