brothers, Thomas Byrd
Shaw, 54, of Chandler,

Ke l l y S h aw, 5 0 , o f
Mesa, Arizona; love of
his life and best friend
Melissa Dee Hoffen
Shaw, 52, of Palmdale,
California; and several
nieces and nephews.
Casey was preceded in
death by his father,
Dale Jean Shaw, who
passed away October
25, 1979, and his mother,
Mary Anne “Sam”
S h a w , w h o p a s s e d
away April 9, 2016. No
services are to be held
per his wishes.
